Welcome to The Clear Cut Classroom where we take deep dives into all things diamonds (and jewelry)! This week, we're showing you how to find the perfect match for your engagement ring. We share our favorite wedding band pairings to go with your ring style and diamond cut. Which one is your perfect match?

Let’s start with one of the most classic pairings! A round brilliant set in a 6 prong platinum solitaire pairs perfectly with our 5pt Round Defined Diamond Band. This is for the bride who wants their engagement ring pairing to be timeless and classic!

Another pairing I love is a round brilliant set in a super skinny halo paired with the Super Skinny Pave Band. This is perfect for the bride who loves a lot of sparkle! These two rings were made for eachother.  It’s a match made in heaven!

For the more modern bride, I am absolutely obsessed with this pairing: a two tone solitaire emerald cut paired with the yellow gold Brooklyn Baguette Ring. This is for the bride who wants a timeless and classic look, but loves a unique twist. The Brooklyn Baguette Ring adds the perfect amount of classic edge!

Next, I paired an emerald three stone ring (with epaulette side stones) with our Baguette Eternity Band. I LOVE how the baguettes look next to the emerald cut stone -- to me, the two compliment each other perfectly!

For the vintage bride, here’s the pairing for you: an oval two tone ring paired with the Antique Style Diamond Ring. This combo has the perfect antique flair -- it’s unique, dainty and timeless.

Another classic pairing is a platinum super skinny set oval ring paired with the 3pt Defined Diamond Band. This is such a classic look -- it’s elegant, dainty and has the perfect amount of sparkle.

This pairing is my new obsession: for the blingy brides! Our flawless fit three stone with a cushion center stone and shield side stones looks amazing with the Penelope ring - it is an amazing look for someone who wants their eternity band to sit flush to their engagement ring -- it’s sparkly and one of my new favorites!
