Clear Cut Couples: Adrienne and Harrison

Adrienne and Harrison met in NYC in the summer of 2014 while they were both interning. They went to Syracuse University, but had never met on campus. A mutual friend invited Harrison to an apartment before going to a birthday party and they clicked! For their first date, they went to Lillie's in Union Square for drinks. That turned into dinner and dinner turned into sitting in the park until 2am talking. The next day was a long day at the office! The rest is history and they have been together for 6 years now!

They have shared so many incredible memories over the years! They both love Syracuse basketball, traveling, movies, going to comedy shows, and being active. One of their favorite trips was to Japan. They traveled to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Hiroshima. They loved the culture and can't wait to go back. One of their favorite things to do together is play tennis. They have been playing a lot during their time in San Diego.

Harrison proposed on November 27th, 2020 at Torrey Pines Lodge. The lodge is a special place for them because every time they visit San Diego, they have breakfast there with her family before they head back to New York City. Harrison surprised Adrienne with an overnight getaway. He had told her that they had breakfast at 9:30 and he wanted to head down a little early to take a walk. When they got down to the garden area by the restaurant, he popped the question! He had a photographer meet them to capture the moment. After, they called family and friends over breakfast. Meanwhile back in the hotel room he had champagne, flowers, and chocolate covered strawberries set up on the balcony to relax and take in the view of the ocean and golf course. The proposal was a complete surprise! Adrienne has not stopped smiling. She is so in love with the old mine diamond. Harrison said, “It's one of a kind, just like her!”

They are planning the wedding in Adrienne’s hometown, San Diego, for early 2022 at The Lodge. Celebrating with family and friends from around the country, something to look forward to.
