Clear Cut Couples: Allison and Drew

Allison and Drew met at the oldest bar in Philadelphia, McGillin's. They were both there with mutual friends and quickly realized they grew up less than 20 minutes away from each other. They continued to talk all night and went out on their first date a few weeks later. Their first date was at Butcher and Singer, a chophouse in Philadelphia. It is now one of their favorite restaurants in the city and they went back for their one year dating anniversary. Since that first date, they have been together for almost 4 years!

They have shared so many incredible memories over the years! They rescued the most perfect and loving dog in the whole world, Riley. She is a foxhound mix and they love doing all sorts of activities with her, especially hiking and exploring. We also love to travel and go to concerts! Some of their favorite trips include Italy, Sedona, Napa and Dallas.

Drew proposed in the middle of a beautiful sunflower field on August 16, 2020. They had been planning to go there all week, so Allison was not suspicious at all. Her sister came along to capture the moment. Drew did not tell anyone, except Allison's Dad and sister prior to the proposal so it was a complete surprise. 

The ring is absolutely gorgeous! Drew said, “It was even more beautiful than Allison could have ever imagined and exactly what she had been envisioning.”

As for their wedding, they are hoping for Fall 2022 and are very excited to start the planning process! Congrats you two! We are SO happy for you!
