Clear Cut Couples: Hilary and Chris

Hilary and Chris met during the first week of their anesthesia program in Philadelphia, PA. Chris was from Indiana and Hilary was from Arizona. Their connection began as they were both adjusting to living in a new city!

They became friends over coffee which transitioned into a deep relationship because they relied on each other for both academic success and exploration of their new home! Since then, they have been together for over three years!

They have shared so many incredible memories over the years! The most significant highlights of their relationship would include graduating with their doctorates together, adopting their precious goldendoodle, and moving across the country to begin their life in Arizona.

Chris arranged a flawless proposal! He made reservations for dinner at one of their first date spots in Arizona. He suggested that they take pictures prior to dinner and walked Hilary out onto a beautiful lawn facing Camelback Mountain. As he proposed, he surprised her with one of her favorite photographers who captured the entire moment. As if that wasn't enough, all of their close friends and family rushed out to congratulate them!

Hilary said, “It was absolutely a surprise! I am in love with my ring; it is perfect in every way! Chris did an amazing job designing it with the Clear Cut team.” They are getting married in Paradise Valley, Arizona in November of 2021! Congrats you two - we are SO happy for you!
