Clear Cut Couples: Maddy and Peter

Maddy and Peter met their freshman year of college at Rockhurst University in Kansas City. Since then, they have been together for almost 5 years! And they have been inseparable since.

Peter proposed on March 30th, 2019. He had to come up with a plan because she was getting suspicious. In order to get Maddy to the spot that he wanted to propose at, he told her they were going to see a play at the Fox and grab dinner beforehand. Peter asked her in front of the church where his parents were married and where the two are going to get married, as well. He got down on one knee and she said YES! Afterward, they celebrated at a friend’s restaurant.

Maddy is in absolutely in love with her old European Cut. Even now, she still stares at it!  She claims she had an idea (about the type of ring she was getting), but Peter refuses to believe that LOL 😂! They both knew the proposal was going to happen -- it was just a matter of when and where. It could not have been more perfect!

They plan on getting married on May 30th of 2020 in St. Louis. They’re hoping to keep it relatively small. Congrats Maddy and Peter -- we are SO happy for you two!
