Raised in a creative environment, Tanya was encouraged to explore art from a young age. From taking art classes to painting vibrant murals on the walls of her childhood home, it all led her to finding her purpose as a creative entrepreneur. 

Founded in 2012, the brand presents a unique and refreshing vision inspired by the city's energy, art, and the diverse women who inhabit it. Over a few years, the brand was gaining attention to the point where Michelle Obama wore pieces from the Tanya Taylor line 13x during her time as First Lady!

Tanya discusses the evolution of brands and size inclusion over recent years. Nowadays, the fashion industry is more accepting of newer brands and acknowledges that not every company has the budget to be on the fashion week runway.
