Clear Cut Couples: Ariana and Alec

Ariana and Alec met in college at the University of Delaware. They had so many mutual friends. Ariana’s roommate and Alec went to high school together, so their paths crossed and they were introduced. 

After some time there was a spark at a party, and that’s when their love story began.

For their first date, Ariana wasn’t feeling well and Alec picked her up and took her out to breakfast, at a place called Perkins. The rest is history!

They have been together for 8 years! They started dating in college, and then did long distance, him in New Jersey and her on Long Island. Then about 2 years ago they moved in together, in Hoboken New Jersey.

They have shared countless incredible memories together over the years! They love to travel together and have been all around the world together, Amsterdam, London, Paris, Bahamas, Mexico, and so much more. They have their best memories when they travel because they share a love of food and new adventures. Another highlight more recently was getting their first puppy, Sunny. He is their little love.

Alec proposed on June 1, 2024 on the Hoboken waterfront. He told her that they were going to a “jazz brunch” with his parents, which helped to get them all dressed up. And when they were walking to brunch he pulled her to the side and proposed.

It was a surprise! Ariana wanted to be surprised so she was thrilled that everyone kept the secret. She said, “The ring was so incredible, I was over the moon ecstatic! Alec and I ring shopped together with Olivia who helped us on our shopping experience.”

As for their wedding, the plans are still to be determined. They are enjoying this moment being fiancés. Congrats you two! We are SO happy for you!
