Clear Cut Couples: Elspeth and Ethan

Elspeth and Ethan go way back! The two met in elementary school! They dated on and off through high school, as well as long distance in college, before eventually getting back together after graduating in 2014. Since then, the two have been together for four years!

Ethan proposed November 3rd, which was also the day after his brother’s wedding! It was the only day both of their families would be in town since James’ parents live overseas and the newlyweds would be leaving for their honeymoon. Ethan planned everything with Elspeth’s mom and younger sister. As a cover, he asked her sister to invite them two to dinner with their parents and suggest that they stop by their house for a drink on the way. When they arrived, Ethan had a candle lit walkway set up in the backyard with a table of champagne, flowers and more candles at the end where he got down on one knee. Both of their families were there to celebrate and Ethan had her favorite Mexican restaurant cater dinner.
