Clear Cut Couples: Sebastian and Rose

Sebastian and Rose met during the first week of college their freshman year. They were all getting ready to go to one of the events their university set up for the freshman. They both lived in the same dorm building freshman year and met outside their building by a park bench and walked over to the event together.

Their first date happened during finals week in December of 2014. They were just friends from August to December. Their friend threw a party, set them up, and the rest was history! Their first real “date” was watching the movie Flight in his dorm room after a long day of studying for final exams. Since then, they have been together for over 7 years!

They have shared so many incredible memories over the years. They went to college in Baltimore, MD so that will forever be in their hearts! Some of the best memories they have had so far are traveling to various countries and states. Some of their favorite places include London, England and Exuma, Bahamas.

They had a plan to go to Charleston, South Carolina for a long weekend in February of 2022. Sebastian planned a day trip to the beautiful and historic Magnolia Plantation right outside the city of Charleston. Sebastian popped the big question on a secluded piece of the property surrounded by beautiful trees and a canopy of Spanish moss on February 12 2022.

Rose said, “I am a project manager and control freak so I typically plan all of our activities when we travel but not this time! Sebastian planned a full day trip to Magnolia Plantation and surprised me with an incredible proposal and ring. He even hired a photographer to capture the special moment and to follow us around the gorgeous property to take photos of us! I have known for a while now that I wanted a Clear Cut ring and the ring Sebastian chose exceeded all of my expectations! I am so in love with it!”

They are going to get married in their home state of New Jersey in the Fall of 2023 and they cannot wait! Congrats you two! We are SO happy for you!
